摘要
水体环境中的汞通过生物富集效应被人体摄入,对人的身体健康造成巨大的危害。现有的分析和检测技术无法在现场实现对水中痕量汞含量的自动检测。该文基于汞的预处理方法以及电化学检测方法,设计了基于STM32F407芯片的汞的预处理与电化学检测集成化系统,以实现水中痕量汞的自动检测。该系统采用模块化设计,包括样品预处理模块、三电极电路检测模块、MCU主控模块、液晶显示模块以及电源模块。实验证明,在5~20μg/L浓度范围内,该系统具有较好的重复性(RSD=6.9%)和较好的线性度(R2=0.989),为水中痕量汞自动检测系统的研制提供了可行的技术方案。
The mercury in the water is absorbed into the human body by the bio-accumulates effect, and it does great harmto human health. The existing analysis and detection technology cannot automatically detect the trace amount of mercury in water.In this paper, based on the pretreatment method of mercury and electrochemical detection method, a set of integrated system ofmercury pretreatment and detection with STM32F407 chip to realize the automatic detection of trace amount of mercury in waterwas proposed. The system adopts modular design, which includes sample pretreatment module, three electrode circuit detectionmodule, MCU main control module, liquid crystal display module and power module. It is demonstrated experimentally that thesystem has good reproducibility(RSD= 6.9%)and linearity(R2= 0.989)in the concentration range of 5~ 20 μg / L, which provesthe feasibility of our proposal to be adopted in the field of automatic detection of trace amount of mercury in water.
