摘要
传统的螺柱焊枪采用手动装载螺钉,手动装载螺钉不仅速度慢,影响工作效率,而且不能对有质量缺陷的螺钉进行检测,因此设计了一种自动送钉器,以STM32单片机作为系统的主控制器,有效提高了螺柱的焊接速度,并能通过磁栅尺长度传感器及电阻式直径传感器对自动送钉器送出的螺钉长度和螺钉直径进行精确的测量,避免有质量缺陷的螺钉焊接在工件上。同时控制面板可以显示故障信息,使工作人员能更快地检测到故障。
The traditional stud welding was by manual loading stud.Manual loading stud is not only slow,affect the efficiency and can't detect the quality of stud,an automatic stud feeder was designed. This design used STM32 microcontroller as the main system controller,thus effectively improve the stud welding speed. The screw length and screw diameter of the automatic nailing device can be accurately measured by the length sensor and the resistive diameter sensor,avoiding the defects stud welding on workpiece.At the same time,the control panel can display the fault information,so that the staff can detect the failure faster.
