摘要
为了防止储存到地层中的二氧化碳泄漏对环境产生严重影响,需要对封存深层区开展pH值原位在线监测,以确定二氧化碳的地下动态。为此设计了一种基于温度补偿的高精度低漂移pH值在线监测仪器,以低功耗MSP430F5438微处理器为核心。设计了基准源双路同步差分采样电路,研究和分析了造成智能仪器零点发生漂移的原因,同时结合数字滤波技术,解决了智能仪器在复杂工作环境下的零点漂移问题,形成了一套完备的智能仪器零点漂移自动补偿技术方法。该仪器已在野外进行了安装应用,取得了满意的效果,对于监控场地二氧化碳泄漏具有重要的意义。该仪器的测量精度达到±0.05 pH,能够满足在线监测的需要,现已用于工程监测,具有较广泛的应用前景。
In order to prevent the carbon dioxide stored in the formation leaks which have serious impacts on the environment,it is necessary to monitor the sealed deep area's pH online to determine the underground dynamics of carbon dioxide.In this paper,a temperature-compensated,high-precision,low-drift pH on-line monitoring instrument was designed,which was based on low-power MSP430 F5438 microprocessor.Besides,this paper designed the reference source dual synchronous differential sampling circuit and analyzed the reason why the zero drift of the intelligent instrument is drilled.At the same time,the problem of zero drift of the intelligent instrument in the complex working environment was solved by combining the digital filtering technology,and a complete set of method of automatic compensation for zero drift of intelligent instrument was formed.The instrument has been installed in the field application,and achieved satisfactory results for the monitoring leak of carbon dioxide.The measurement accuracy of the instrument is ± 0.05 pH,which can meet the needs of on-line monitoring.In conclusion,it has been used for engineering monitoring,with a wide range of applications.
