江苏省知识产权密集型产业统计监测及发展建议

Statistical Monitoring and Development Proposals of Intellectual Property Intensive Industry of Jiangsu Province

参考美国、欧盟及国家知识知识产权局知识产权密集型产业研究现状,结合江苏具体实际,提出了一套江苏省知识产权密集型产业统计方法,构建了一套江苏省知识产权密集型产业统计监测指标体系。采集2012-2016年江苏省规模以上工业企业涉及的专利、商标及其经济数据,以及版权产业增加值和从业人员数等进行统计分析,统计数据显示,江苏省知识产权密集型产业具有对经济和就业的贡献度高,创新投入及产出大,出口贡献大,经济效益好,劳动报酬高等特点。根据统计分析结果,针对江苏省知识产权密集型产业发展提出了对策建议。

Referring to the research status of intellectual property intensive industries in the United States, Europe and the State Intellectual Property Office, combined with the concrete reality of Jiangsu, this paper puts forward a set of statistical methods and constructs a set of statistical monitoring index system of intellectual property intensive industries of Jiangsu Province. Collection of patents, trademarks and economic data of industrial enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu over the past 2012-2016 years, and the added value of copyright industry and the number of employees were statistically analyzed. Statistical data display, the intellectual property intensive industries of Jiangsu province have high contribution to economy and employment, great input and output of innovation, great contribution to export, good economic returns and high labor remuneration. According to the results of statistical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of intellectual property intensive industry of Jiangsu province.
