摘要
本文从近年来中国专利权质押融资整体状况出发,对中国专利权质押质权人中的金融机构和担保公司进行了研究和典型案例分析,并提出专利权质押融资发展中的困难与对策。
Starting from the overall situation of China＇s patent pledge financing in recent years, this paper studies the financial institutions and guarantee companies of China＇s patent pledge pawnees with typical case analysis, and puts forward the difficulties and countermeasures in the development of patent pledge financing.
