Nearly half of Taiwan traditional Chinese opera troupes suffer from operating losses. Actually, Taiwan traditional Chinese opera consumer market is not so large but there are a large number of audiences who prefer to buy tickets for their favorite performances. Near half of income of these troupes is from the subsidy of the public policies. In order to realize the cultural circulation of creating, producing, spreading, displaying, inheriting and consuming, Taiwan public administration guides and supports the professional troupe's development, constructs profession order and exploits flexible resources, puts emphasis on pushing forwards the troupes to develop on the basis of their own potentials for confronting and adapting to the needs of audiences.
