现代化经济体系在十九大报告首次提出,它将具有社会学的和具有时间涵义的"现代化",与具有经济学的和空间意义的"经济体系"两个概念进行有机整合,可以说是对现代化理论的一个新贡献。建立科学合理的现代化经济体系的衡量标准和指标体系刻不容缓。国有企业改革与发展本质上就是现代化经济体系建设的内生成份,国有企业改革与发展主攻领域也恰恰是我国推进现代化经济体系建设的主攻领域。建设现代化经济体系的重要思想,为国企改革与发展提出了更高的要求,指明了前进的方向。

The reform and development of state-owned enterprises are essentially the endogenous components of the establishment of a modern economic system. The main areas of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises are precisely the main areas in which China advances the establishment of a modern economic system. The important idea of building a modern economic system has set higher requirements for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and charted the course for moving forward.
