《民办教育促进法》修订案给民办高职院校带来的发展契机——基于财务融资视角

The Opportunity Brought by The Amendment of Non-state Education Promotion Law to Non-state Higher Vocational Colleges——from the Perspective of Financing

2017年9月1日正式实施的《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》修订案对民办院校进行了营利性和非营利性的划分,进一步明确了两类民办院校的性质、权利、组织、扶持与奖励、责任等,为民办院校发展清除了许多法律上的障碍。修订案的出台对缓解民办高职院校发展融资方面的压力有着积极的意义。

Non-state Education Promotion Law of the People＇s Republic of China（2016 Revision）, which was formally implemented in September 1, 2017, has carried out the division of for-profit and non-profit in Non-state colleges and universities, further clarifies the nature, rights, organization, support and reward, responsibility of the two types of Non-state colleges and universities, solving a lot of legal obstacles to the development of Non-state colleges and Universities. The introduction of the amendment has a positive significance in alleviating the pressure of financing for the development of Non-state higher vocational colleges.
