高职院校多种录取背景下的分级教学模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以高职院校土建专业为例,探讨了分级教学模式,根据目前的普招学生、单招学生及注册制学生的学情分析,将学生分为三大类,分别制定培养方案和目标,将教师也分为三类岗位,提出"类科研岗""类教学岗"和"类技能岗"三个岗位类别,各个岗位具有不同的工作方向和考核目标。文中所提思路可以为高职院校人才培养模式的改革提供参考。 The civil engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges is taken as an example and the hierarchical teaching mode is discussed in this paper. According to the learning situation analysis of cape recruit students, single recruit students and registered students, students can be divided into three categories to develop training programs and objectives. Teachers can also be divided into three positions: "Propinquity Scientific Research Post," "Propinquity Teaching Post" and "Propinquity Skilled Post", each with different positions of the working direction and performance goals. The idea proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the reform of personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges.
