“一带一路”背景下高职通信技术专业ICT人才培养的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 以江苏省品牌专业通信技术为例,从APE三级国际认证体系的视角出发,探索和实践了本专业ICT人才的培养。首先提出了技术融合背景下ICT人才培养面临的主要问题,其次对问题进行了深入思考和分析,并提出了解决思路,最后从组建ICT企业联盟、创新人才培养模式、优化课程体系、建设"双师双语"师资队伍、构建全程全网实训平台和完善学生认证保障机制六个方面阐述了具体做法及成效。 Taking Jiangsu brand major-communication technology as an example, from the perspective of APE three-level international certification system, this paper explores and practices the training of ICT talents. Firstly, this paper presents the main problems of ICT personnel training under the background of technology convergence. Secondly, with deep thought and analysis of the above-mentioned problems, the solutions are given. Finally, six aspects of specific practices and effectiveness are elaborated from forming the ICT enterprise alliance, innovating the talent training mode, optimizing the curriculum system, constructing double and bilingual teachers' team, building the whole network training platform, and improving student authentication guarantee mechanism.
