摘要
以专用技能人力资本为视角,探讨了学生作为主体在高职校企合作中的作用影响。基于800份问卷调查的回归分析发现,高职院校与企业合作可在不同程度上提高学生个体专用技能人力资本水平,但个体专用技能的提高未必能为企业换回稳定的雇佣(稳定就业或稳定实习);建立学生个体、企业与院校三方可信的契约承诺与违约机制可以避免专用技能人力资本形成后个体技能所有者的机会主义行为。要保障校企合作稳定性,要将学生个体纳入校企合作签约主体,建立学生主体、合作院校、合作企业三方的可信契约承诺与违约机制。
From the view of skill specificity, this paper discussed students' impact on higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation. Based on the analysis of 800 questionnaires, the paper finds that higher vocational college-enterprise co-operation can improve the individual student's human capital specificity in different degrees, but the improvement of individual human capital specificity can not return for the stability of skills to hire(stable employment or internship); To establish the individual student,firms and institutions tripartite credible commitment and contract default mechanism can avoid the opportunism behavior of the individual skills owners after the formation of human capital. In order to ensure the co-operative stability, it is necessary to establish cooperation of students, colleges and cooperative firms and tripartite mechanism of credible commitment.
