摘要
兼职教师是高职院校培养技术技能型人才不可或缺的重要群体。本研究以常州大学城为例,剖析兼职教师的来源,并基于管理学、经济学和社会学视角揭示其蕴含的机理,科学厘清兼职教师的理念,提出设立兼职教师的管理机构和构建兼职教师数据库两个平台,制定兼职教师的长效机制,关注兼职教师的经济利益并采取"1+N"的兼职教师管理模式。
Part-time teachers play an important role in educating technical talents in higher vocational colleges. This study, taking Changzhou University Town as an example, analyzes the source of part-time teachers, clarifies the definition of part-time teachers and explores their management mechanism based on the science of management, economics and sociology. In this study, two platforms including Part-time Teachers Management Organization and Part-time Teachers' Database are proposed to set up, and other measures as designing long-term and effective management system, focusing on the economic interests of part-time teachers,and adopting "1+N" management mode are explored and studied.
