摘要
本科生导师制下的中国高校中普遍存在导而不教的现象,本科生未能真正认识到导师制对自身成长的价值和意义。健全本科生导师制,既要认识和思考导师制度的内涵,还要完善对导师工作的评价和激励机制。分级分类设置本科生导师制,即第一步的分级方案,将本科阶段划分为一、二年级的基础阶段和三、四年级的实践提升阶段,阶段性委派或更换导师;第二步是在实践提升阶段根据学生的情况和职业生涯规划实施分类导师制方案,适当聘请校外导师。
In the undergraduate tutorial system there is a widespread phenomenon of tutoring instead of teaching in Chinese universities and undergraduates fail to really realize the value and significance of tutorial system to their growth. To improve the undergraduate tutorial system, we should not only consider the understanding and thinking of the connotation of the tutorial system but also improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism for the work of tutors. The undergraduate tutorial system should be classified and categorized, namely, the first step is that the undergraduate stage should be divided into the basic stage of first and second grades and into the practical advanced stage of third and fourth grades, in which tutors should be appointed or replaced; the second step is that the categorized scheme of the tutorial system should be carried out according to students' situation and professional career planning at the practical advanced stage and teachers outside school should be appropriately hired.
