摘要
当前高师院校以大量农村学校为实习基地,而农村学校实习存在师资薄弱、教育教学环境相对落后、过于重视对"经验"的学习等问题。高师院校应在延长实习时间的情况下,加大对农村学校实习师范生的专业指导,深化与实习学校的合作,提升师范生的实践反思能力,以实践能力为导向改进教育类课程教学,以保障实习质量。
At present, normal colleges use many rural schools as the practice bases, where there are such problems as weak teaching team, relatively backward education and teaching environment and excessive emphasis on learning "experience". In this regard, normal colleges should strengthen the professional guidance for the practice of normal college students in rural areas in the extended practice time, deepen the cooperation with practice school, improve the reflective ability of the students' practice and take the practice ability as an orientation to improve the teaching of educational courses and ensure the quality of practice.
