6种不同甘蔗材料的抗螟性比较 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同甘蔗种质资源材料抵抗螟虫的差异性,采用螟虫自然侵染的方法,比较6个不同甘蔗材料的抗螟性。结果显示,在分蘖期,‘新台糖22’、‘新台糖1626’、‘海大32’和‘海大1号’的抗螟性表现较强,而‘湖光1号’的抗螟性表现最弱;在成熟期,‘海大32’、‘新台糖22’、‘海大1号’和‘新台糖8029’的抗螟性表现较强,而‘湖光1号’的抗螟性同样表现最弱;按照甘蔗螟害分级标准,‘新台糖1626’在生长前期表现出3级中抗,但是在成熟期却表现出5级感病;‘新台糖22’在生长前期表现出3级中抗,但是在成熟期却表现出4级中感;而‘海大1号’则一直维持在4级中感状态。由此可见,不同甘蔗材料在生长发育的不同时期对螟害的侵染呈现出不同程度的抵抗反应;同一甘蔗材料在不同生长时期所表现出来的抗螟性强弱亦有所不同。 To study the resistance of different sugarcane germplasm resources to borers, the resistance of sixdifferent sugarcane materials to borers was compared by the method of natural infection by stem borer. Theresults showed that, at the tillering stage, the resistance to borers was strong in‘ROC22',‘ROC1626',‘HD32'and‘HD1', while that of‘HG1'was the weakest. In the mature stage, the resistance of‘HD32',‘ROC22',‘HD1'and‘ROC8029'was strong, and the resistance of‘HG1'was the weakest. In accordancewith the grading standards of sugar cane borer,‘ROC1626'in the early stages of growth showed level 3 of‘MR', but at mature stage showed a level 5‘S'.‘ROC22'in the early stages showed level 3 of‘MR', whilein the mature stage showed a‘MS'of level 4. But the‘HD1'maintained‘MS'of level 4. Thus, differentsugarcane materials showed different degrees of resistance to the infection of borers at different growth anddevelopment stages. And the same sugarcane material in different growth periods had different resistance toborers'.
