长洲水电厂辅机控制系统优化

Optimization of control system for auxiliary mechanical equipment of Changzhou Hydropower Plant

长洲水电厂安装15台单机容量42 MW的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组,其中3台机组为天津阿尔斯通水电设备有限公司制造,4台机组为东方电机股份有限公司制造,其余机组为哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司制造。分析了天津阿尔斯通机组轴承润滑油泵控制回路运行方式及存在的问题,东方电机机组风机控制回路及风闸操作回路中存在的问题,提出相应的改造方案解决了存在的问题。

Changzhou Hydropower Plant is installed with 15 sets of bulb turbine generator units, each unit with a capacity of 15MW, of which 3 sets were manufactured by Tianjin ALSTOM Hydro Co., Ltd. and 4 sets by Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd., and the rest units by Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited. Analysis was made on the operating mode and existing problem of bearing lubricating oil pump control circuit of units from Tianjin ALSTOM Hydro Co., Ltd., and on the problem existing in generator cooling fan control circuit and air brake operating circuit of units from Dongfang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. Corresponding modification measures were taken to solve the problem.
