摘要
以某水电厂发生的一起220kV断路器传动试验失败事件为例,分析了试验失败的原因及存在的风险,包括操作箱跳闸回路、跳闸线圈、位置中继及合闸指示异常、辅助接点传动机构等方面。提出了相应的控制措施。并从如何做好保护设备管理进行了反思与总结,强调保护设备定检试验工作中全面检查断路器辅助接点转换开关、跳合闸继电器、中间继电器等易老化、易损坏元件的重要性。
Taking a 220kV circuit breaker driving test failure occurred at a hydropower plant as example, the author analyzed the causes for failure and the existing risk, including tripping circuit, tripping winding, position relay, closing indication abnormal and auxiliary contacts driving mechanism at the control panel. Corresponding measures were proposed. The author also summarized the experience in administration of protection equipment, stressed that it is important to check the components liable to aging or damage during regular inspection and test of protection equipment, such as the circuit breaker auxiliary contact switch, tripping and closing relays, intermediate relay etc.
