摘要
水库型水源地是广西主要供水水源地之一,采用液相色谱法对广西青狮潭水库等8个主要水库型饮用水源地的微囊藻毒素-LR进行监测,并通过空白试验、标准曲线回归、精密度、准确度、加标回收率、平行双样等偏性实验检验对整个检测过程进行质量控制,确保监测数据准确可靠。
Reservoir type water source is one of the major water sources in Guangxi. At eight drinking water reservoirs including Qingshitan Reservoir, Microcystin-LR assay was conducted by Liquid chromatography method, and the quality was controlled by bias experiments such as blank test, standard curve regression, precision, accuracy, recovery rate, parallel double samples etc., so as to ensure the reliability and accuracy of monitoring data.
