摘要
以自制预烧料的配方,在一次球磨中,添加一定比例的W型铁氧体BaCoZnFe16O27,采用陶瓷法制备W型铁氧体掺杂高性能M型钙锶铁氧体磁体。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和TPS—2000H型磁性材料自动测量装置,研究了W型铁氧体掺杂对材料相成分、形貌和磁性能的影响。结果表明,适量的W型铁氧体掺杂能够明显地提高M型钙锶铁氧体的磁性能,在掺杂量为0.5%(质量分数),烧结温度1190℃时,磁性能为Br=455.2mT、Hcb=330kA/m、Hcj=350kA/m、(BH)max=41kJ/m^3。
The permanent magnet calcium strontium ferrite production as raw materials, W ferrite BaCoZnFe16O27 added in a ball milling. Preparation of W ferrite doped M type calcium strontium ferrite magnets with ceramic method. By X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and TPS--2000H type automatic measurement device of magnetic materials, the effects of morphology and magnetic properties of W ferrite materials were studied. The results show that the doping amount of carbonate can obviously improve the magnetic properties of M type calcium strontium ferrite, in doped 0.5% (mass fraction), the sintering temperature of 1 190℃, the magnetic energy of Br=455.2mT, Hcb =330kA/m, Hcj=350kA/m, (BH)max=41kJ/m^3.
