混料工艺对预混合铁粉质量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以铁基粉末制品典型混料配比Fe+0.8%C+2.0%Cu+Lub为例,研究对比了两种混料方式得到的成品性能及其优劣。结果表明,粘结混合粉具备粘结率高、流动性好、扬尘少、润滑性能好等优点,直接混合粉具备工艺流程短、效率高、合金损失少等优点,两种方法所产成品合金成分的偏析度基本相同,粉末的松比及压制性能接近。 Taking typical mixing ratio of iron base powder products as an example, the performance and quality of the finished product produced by these two kinds of mixing methods were studied and compared. It shows that they all have some advantages-bonding mixed powder with high bond strength, good flow rate, less dust, and good lubrication performance, directly mixed powder with short process high efficiency and less metal loss. The alloy composition segregation degree of finished goods by these two methods is basically the same, and apparent density, together with the suppression performance of that is close.
