摘要
目的研究三尖杉的化学成分,以期分离得到具有活性的新天然产物。方法采用体积分数为95%的乙醇提取三尖杉,萃取得到乙酸乙酯层,并采用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法和制备HPLC法对其化学成分进行分离与纯化,并根据理化性质、NMR等波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为20-羟基蜕皮激素(20-hydroxyecdysone,1)、罗汉松甾酮(makisterone A,2)、7,8-二氢-20羟基蜕皮激素(7,8-dihydro-20-hydroxyecdysone,3)、5,4'-二羟基-7-甲氧基-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮苷(5,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-8-O-β-D-glucosyl-flavone,4)、5-O-β-D-葡萄糖芹黄素(apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucoside,5)、3-O-β-L-鼠李糖槲皮素(quercetin-3-O-β-Lrhamnopyranosid,6)。结论 6个化合物均为首次从三尖杉中分离得到。
Objective To research the chemical constituent of Cephalotaxus fortune Hook. f. in order to ob- tain new and bioactive natural product. Methods Six compounds were obtained by isolating and purifing the ehyl acetate fraction of the ethyl alcohol extract from the plant by using the method of silica gel column chromatograph,Sephadex LH-20 chromatograph and HPLC. Results Six compounds had been identified as 20-hydroxyecdysone ( 1 ), makisterone A (2) ,7,8- dihydro- 20- hydroxyecdysone ( 3 ), 5,4'- dihydroxy- 7- methoxy- 8- O-β- D- glucosyl-flavone (4), apigenin- 5, O- β- D- glucoside (5) and quercetin- 3- O- β- L- rhamnopyranosid (6). Conclusions All of the six compounds were isolated from Cephalotaxus forture for the first time.
