为促进蛋禽业的健康可持续发展,调控蛋禽的机体健康和产品品质已成为蛋禽业的研究重点和热点。锌作为蛋禽体内的必需微量元素之一,是多种酶和活性蛋白的必需组分和激活因子,广泛参与体内代谢,具有重要的生物学功能,在调控蛋禽机体状态和产品品质方面发挥重要作用。本文主要简述了锌在蛋禽中的生物学功能、在蛋禽生产中应用的研究进展、存在问题及展望,以期为锌在蛋禽生产中的合理应用提供理论参考。

The regulation of body health, egg and eggshell quality of laying bird have attracted much attention to promote the healthy and sustainable development of poultry industry. Zinc （Zn） is one of the essential trace elements in laying birds, which participates the body＇ s metabolism as the component or activator of enzymes and active proteins, and exerts important biological functions. It can modulate the antioxidant and immune sta- res, and affect the quality of eggs and eggshells of laying birds. Therefore, this paper summarizes the biologi- cal functions of Zn in laying birds and the research progress of Zn application in laying bird production, and puts forward the problems existed and prospects for further study, and then provides practical techniques for Zn application in laying bird production.
