摘要
本文综述了导致动物黄脂病形成的主要因素,包括病理因素、遗传因素、营养因素和环境因素等,同时对由于类胡萝卜素沉积和过量氧化油脂摄入等营养因素导致黄脂产生的可能机制进行重点探讨和总结,旨在为后续动物黄脂病防治的系统性研究提供参考借鉴。
The paper summarized influencing factors of yellow fat disease development, including pathologic, genetic, nutritional and environmental factors, and the potential mechanism of pigmentation due to carotenoid deposition or excessive intake of oxidized unsaturated fatty acidswas discussed, in order to provide some basis for the prevention and treatment.
