摘要
桑叶含有较为平衡而丰富的营养成分和天然活性物质。作为饲料原料,其适口性良好,营养价值和饲用价值较高,可以改善畜禽健康和提高产品品质风味,已成为饲料资源开发的热点。本文就桑叶的化学组成、营养价值及其在动物生产中的应用进行了综述,并提出了今后需要进一步研究的问题。
Mulberry leaf contains relatively balanced and abundant nutrients, and natural active substances. As a feed ingredient, it has good palatability, comprehensive nutritional and special feeding value. Appropriate in- clusion in diets could improve the health condition and product quality of livestock and poultry. These charac- teristics of mulberry leaf have made it to be a hot feed resource to be developed. This paper reviews the chemi- cal compositions, nutritional values, and application results for livestock, poultry and aquaculture. Further re- search areas for maximizing the value of mulberry leaf are also presented for reference.
