摘要
本试验旨在研究低聚木糖(XOS)对花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)幼鱼生长性能、血清生化和免疫指标及肠道菌群组成的影响。选用360尾花鲈幼鱼,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。各组分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加0(对照组)、200(D200组)、400(D400组)、600(D600组)、800(D800组)和1 000 mg/kg低聚木糖(D1000组)的饲料。试验期45 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,D200、D400、D600组的增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)提高(P>0.05),D800(P>0.05)和D1000组(P<0.05)的W GR和SGR均降低。2)与对照组相比,D200、D400、D600、D800和D1000组的血清总蛋白含量均显著提高(P<0.05),D400、D800组的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著提高(P<0.05),D200组的血清总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,D400、D600、D800和D1000组的血清超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05),D200、D400组的血清过氧化氢酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05),D400和D800组的血清溶菌酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05),D200组的血清丙二醛含量降低(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,D200、D400、D600、D800和D1000组的肠道中沙门氏菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),D200、D400和D1000组的肠道中大肠杆菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05),D200、D400和D600组的肠道中双歧杆菌数量显著增加(P<0.05)。由此可见,综合各试验指标,饲料中添加350~560 mg/kg的低聚木糖对花鲈幼鱼生长性能、免疫功能及肠道健康影响效果最佳。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of xylooligosaccharide (XOS) on growth per- formance, serum biochemical and immune indices and intestinal microflora composition of juvenile Japanese seabass (Lateolabrax japonicus). A total of 360 juvenile Japanese seabass were randomly assigned to 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 20 fish per replicate. Fish in the 6 groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0 (control group) , 200 (D200 group) , 400 (D400 group) , 600 (D600 group) , 800 (D800 group) and 1 000 mg/kg XOS (D1000 group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 45 days. The results showed as follows : 1 ) compared with the control group, the weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) of D200, D400 and D600 groups were increased (P〉0.05), but the WGR and SGR of D800 (P〉0.05) and D1000 groups (P〈0.05) were decreased. 2) Compared with the control group, the serum total protein content of D200, D400, D600, D800 and D1000 groups was significantly increased (P〈0.05), the serum high-den- sity lipoprotein cholesterol content of D400 and DS00 groups was significantly increased (P〈0.05), the serum total cholesterol content of D200 group was significantly decreased (P〈0.05). 3) Compared with the control group, the serum superoxide dismutase activity of D400, D600, D800 and D1000 groups was significantly de- creased (P〈0.05), the serum peroxidase activity of D200 and D400 groups was significantly decreased (P〈 0.05) , the serum lysozyme activity of D400 and DS00 groups was significantly increased (P〈0.05), the ser- um malondialdehyde content of D200 group was decreased (P〉0.05). 4) Compared with the control group, the intestinal Salmonella number of D200, D400, D600, D800 and DJ000 groups was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), the intestinal Escherichia coli number of D200, D400 and D1000 groups was significantly de- creased (P〈0.05), the intestinal Bifidobacterium number of D200, D400 and D600 groups was significantly increased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, comprehensive all the experimental indices, diet supplemented with 350 to 560 mg/kg XOS has best effects on growth performance, immune function and intestinal health of juvenile Japanese seabass.
