补肾固齿丸联合牙周基础疗法治疗绝经期牙周炎

Curative effect analysis of Bushen Guchi pill combined with periodontal basic treatment for menopause periodontitis

目的探讨补肾固齿丸联合牙周基础治疗对绝经期牙周炎的疗效及安全性。方法 80例绝经期牙周炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组进行常规牙周基础治疗,研究组同时口服补肾固齿丸,连续服用3个月。比较2组患牙牙周指数、龈沟液炎性因子、ALP及患牙GBF。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后3~6个月2组SBI、PD、CAL降低,且研究组低于对照组;治疗后3~6个月2组龈沟液中IL-1β、TNF-α降低,IL-10水平和血清ALP升高,且研究组与对照组具有显著差异;治疗后3~6个月2组患牙GBF升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组患者均未有明显不良反应发生。结论补肾固齿丸联合牙周基础治疗可以降低绝经期牙周炎口腔炎症水平,改善牙龈微循环,促进牙槽骨组织修复及再生。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bushen Guchi pill combined with periodontal basic therapy for periodontitis in menopausal.Methods 80 periodontitis in menopausal were randomly divided into study group and control group,each group had 40 cases,control group were treated with conventional periodontal basic therapy,the study group at the same time received oral treatment of Bushen Guchi pill for 3 months continuously.The teeth periodontal index changes of the 2 groups were compared,inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,serum ALP levels and teeth GBF were detected,adverse reactions were counted in 2 groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the SBI,PD and CAL in the 2 groups 3-6 months after treatment decreased,and the periodontal index of the study group was lower than those of the control group; the IL-1β,TNF-α levels of gingival crevicular fluid in 2 groups decreased 3-6 months after treatment,and IL-10 level of gingival crevicular fluid and the ALP level in the serum increased; the inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid and serum ALP levels of the study group had significantly differences with the control group; GBF in 2 groups increased gradually 3-6 months after treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group（P 〈0.01）.There was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the 2 groups.Conclusion The combination of Bushen Guchi pill and the periodontal basic therapy can effectively reduce the level of local inflammation of periodontitis in menopause,improve the gingival microcirculation,promote the repair and regeneration of alveolar bone.
