清热除湿解毒法配合针灸治疗药物性皮炎

Heat-clearing dehumidifying detoxicating method combined with acupuncture treating drug-induced dermatitis

目的探讨清热除湿解毒法配合针灸治疗药物性皮炎的疗效。方法选取我院皮肤科在2015年6月-2016年5月收治的药物性皮炎患者76例,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各38例,观察组采用清热除湿解毒法配合针灸治疗,口服清热除湿汤,2次/d,300 mL/次,针灸治疗1次/d;对照组口服湿毒清胶囊,3次/d,3粒/次,外用夫西地酸软膏,2次/d;治疗4周后观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后采用SCORAD评分和EASI评分对自觉症状和皮损程度进行评价。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%,对照组为73.68%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后SCORAD评分和EASI评分较治疗前均有显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热除湿解毒法配合针灸治疗药物性皮炎疗效显著,能够有效改善皮损等临床症状。

Objective To explore the efficacy of heat-clearing dehumidifying detoxicating method combined with acupuncture on drug-induced dermatitis.Methods 76 patients with drug-induced dermatitis from June 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected,according to the method of random number table,divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 38 cases,the observation group was treated with heat-clearing dehumidifying detoxicating method combined with acupuncture,oral heat-clearing dehumidifying decoction,2 times a day,every time 300 ml,acupunctured 1 time a day; the control group oral Shiduqing capsules,3 times a day,3 tablets,fusidic acid ointment for external use,2 times a day,after 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed.Before and after the treatment,the SCORAD and EASI scores were used to evaluate the consciousness and the degree of skin lesions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,the control group was 73.68%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; the SCORAD score and EASI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heat-clearing dehumidifying detoxicating method combined with acupuncture on drug-induced dermatitis has significant effect,it can effectively improve the skin lesions and other clinical symptoms.
