Further Exploration on the Construction and Development of Village Library in the Background of Digitalization: Current Situation, Problems and Tendency

"农家书屋"是农村现代化建设中重要的文化基础工程,也是农村基层知识信息传播的重要节点,具有助推农村文化建设与发展的作用。但在农家书屋后续发展中,面临着地方部门形式化管理、农民阅读习惯欠缺、内容供给不能满足实际需要等问题。文章结合数字化发展背景及国外图书文化的信息化管理方式,认为整合资源、调整内容供给结构,汇总信息资源,将传统出版与数字化管理相结合,可以更好地发挥农家书屋的效能。

＂Village Library＂ is an important basic cultural project in rural modernization and also an important node in the dissemination of knowledge and information among rural grass-roots units, which helps to promote the construction and development of rural culture. However, in the follow-up development of village library, there emerges problems of formal management of local departments, farmers＇ reading habits cultivation, the gap between content supply and actual needs, etc. Based on the background of digital development and the information management of foreign book culture, this article argues that integrating resources, adjusting the structure of content supply, aggregating information resources, combining traditional publishing with digital management, which will improve the efficiency of farm library.
