The Evolution of the Poetic Style of “Beijing School”:A Study of the Relationship between Literary Magazine and Modern Chinese Poetry

《文学杂志》是20世纪30-40年代中国新诗的重要阵地之一,其与京派美学的紧密关系,其所推出诗人、诗作的重要性,以及刊物前、后期诗风、诗论中的变化与坚持,不独对于认识京派诗歌实践,而且对于认识一种诗歌美学追求与大的时代背景变迁间的复杂关系,都有重要的意义。

One of the important positions for new Chinese poetry in the 1930s-1940s, Literary Magazine was closely related with the aesthetics of ＂Beijing School＂, and many prominent poets and their poems came to the fore with it as a vital stage, and at different periods, its poetic style and criticism underwent both changes and persistence. Therefore, an observation of the magazine is greatly significant for understanding not only the practice of ＂Beijing School＂ but also the complex relationship between the pursuit of a poetic aesthetics and the changes of times.
