灭菌粉(过氧乙酸)对内镜有机物清除力的实验研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的检测灭菌粉(过氧乙酸)对内镜有机物的清除力。方法采用人工模拟实验方法,将30根肠镜分成3组,每组10根,分别采用清洗剂灌流浸泡3min、灭菌粉(过氧乙酸)灌流浸泡3min、灭菌粉(过氧乙酸)灌流浸泡1min方法清除肠镜有机物,采用ATP生物荧光法检测清洗效果。结果 3种方法清洗肠镜后,ATP生物荧光法检测结果两两比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论与清洗剂比较灭菌粉(过氧乙酸)对有机物的去除有效性成立,且灌流浸泡1min即可达到合格的有机物清除力。
