生态文明概念之辨析

On the Concept of Ecological Civilization

生态文明目前已形成复杂的概念体系,主流观点认为是一项文明要素或全新的社会形态,此外还被认为是绿色理念、绿色向度度量及总体文明成果等。本文认为,生态文明是一种与社会文明并列的领域文明成果,四个要素文明共同构成生态领域文明的一体。作为领域文明,生态文明在时间上具有普遍性,在内容上具有系统性,在内涵上具有限定性,在价值上具有基础性。"五位一体"的建设通过四大要素文明的建设,合力推进作为领域文明的生态文明建设。

What is ecological civilization? According to the mainstream view, it is a civilization element, or a brand new social form, and even the green concept, green dimension measurement and overall civilization achievements, etc. However, this paper defines ecological civilization as a domain of civilization which stands side by side with social civilization, and consists of the four elements of civilization. As a domain of civilization, ecological civilization is universal in time, systematical in its content, definitive in its connotation, and fundamental in its value. The construction of the "five in one" is achieved by combining the four elements of civilization and the construction of ecological civilization as a domain of civilization.
