摘要
目的按均衡膳食模式为居民提供均衡膳食,得到营养平衡,身体健康,提高免疫功能,降低患病率或预防传染病,取得科学依据,加以推广。方法选取本区的三所小学的学生为研究对象,一组为空白组、一组为对照组和观察组,进行营养干预,观察研究对象传染病的发病率,根据统计学原理分析膳食模式与传染病发病率之间的关系。结果经过营养干预后对照组与观察组的传染病的发病明显要比空白对照组的发病少。结论营养干预对于青少年儿童的营养状况具有良好的改善作用,从而提高免疫能力,加强抵抗力,降低患病率或预防传染病,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of balanced dietary pattern on childhood morbidity of infectious diseases in the community, the effect can be used for further analysis of epidemic factor of susceptible people in infectious diseases. Results can be the scientific basis for reducing childhood morbidity of infectious diseases in the community by adjusting the dietary patterns and be used to promote the balanced diet model within the jurisdictions.Methods Selecting students of three primary schools in our area as the research subjects, they were randomized into 3groups: the blank group, the control group, and the observation group. To observe morbidity of infectious diseases among these students after nutrition intervention, analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and incidence of infectious diseases by using the princi- ples of statistics.Results After nutrition intervention, the morbidity of infectious diseases in the control group and the ob- servation group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group.Conclusions Nutrition intervention can im- prove the nutritional status of children, boost immunity, reduce the morbidity and prevent infectious diseases. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
