Objective By comparing the application effect comparison of non-contact and traditional wear sterile glove method in surgery,to explore a more suitable surgical procedure for wearing sterile gloves. Methods Choose surgical cases 130 cases in the same period, they were randomly divided into non-contact group and traditional group. The non- contact group was treated with non-contact wear sterile glove method. The traditional group was treated with traditional sterile glove method. Compared with preoperative effect, intraoperative effect and clinical evaluation of the surgeon. Results There was no significant difference in the time required for two groups of sterile gloves (P〉0.05).But the number of cases of skinlessness of the gloves exposed to the skin, 30 min and 1 h sterile gloves on the side of the reversal (hand dorsal side) number of colonies, intraoperative surgeon cuff exposure cases, the surgeon on the operating room nurses professional qualification score, operating room There was significant difference between the scores of nurses" trust score and medical care score (P〈0.05),the non-contact group was all better than traditional group. Conclusions Non-contact wearing sterile glove method does not increase the operation time of the surgeon, but it can significantly reduce the chance of intraoperative infection, improve the surgeon of the operating room nurses recognized level and it is conducive to surgery,so it should be vigorously promoted.
