摘要
目的通过对许昌市6个县(市、区)消除疟疾考核结果进行分析,评价许昌市消除疟疾效果。方法依据河南省消除疟疾考核评估方案,对6县(市、区)进行疫情审核、资料审核和现场考核,对保障措施、消除措施和现场考核进行逐项评分。结果收集6个县(市、区)考核近三年均无当地疟疾病例报告,撰写疟疾防治工作总结,综合得分最高分为98.30分,最低分为93.80分,平均分95.96分。结论 6个县(市、区)消除疟疾措施效果显著,通过了消除疟疾考核,但输入性疟疾防控形势严峻,是消除疟疾后的工作重点。
Objective To analyze and evaluation the result of assessment of malaria eliminating in 6 counties of Xuchang. Methods According to Henan provincial malaria elimination scheme, the assessment of elimination of malaria in 6 counties in Xuchang were carried out, and site assessment, safeguards and the measures of ueliminate were Scored. Results There were no indigenous malaria cases reported in the 6 counties,all of the counties wrote the summary of the malaria prevention and control,and collected the historical data.The highest comprehensive scores was 98.30, the lowest was 93.80 while the average score was 95.96. Conclusions The 6 counties were all achieved the cri- teria of elimination of malaria, and the problems of Imported malaria would be the focus work after eliminating malaria realization.
