摘要肾绞痛为泌尿外科就诊最常见的急腹症之一,通常表现为持续剧烈或间歇性腰部疼痛[1],大多数为输尿管结石所致,尤其输尿管下段结石可放射到生殖器和腹股沟的疼痛,可伴随着镜下血尿（85%的患者）、恶心、呕吐[2]。这种疼痛是由梗阻阻塞尿流的结果,导致管腔内压力增加,引起前列腺素的合成与分泌,使血管扩张导致管腔内压力进一步增加,由此增加的梗阻段内输尿管内压刺激了黏膜上的神经末梢,产生的绞痛。此外,
