实验室管理制度的细化研究——新加坡国立大学以人为本的管理制度的经验和启示

Study on Laboratories Management System Elaboration:People-Oriented Management Experience and Enlightenment from National University of Singapore

安全问题是贯穿整个实验过程的首要问题。目前，尽管国内高校对实验室安全问题足够重视，并且建立了相关的安全制度。然而，以人为本的管理制度理念不够突出。另外，还存在执行过程中实际操作性差以及执行效率不乐观等问题。介绍了新加坡国立大学以人为本的实验室安全管理制度，尤其是针对不同的实验室使用人员，其在实验室的管理和使用上的制度，为安全管理制度的细化修订工作提供参考，促进实验室管理制度的细化改革。

Safety is the first key issue throughout the whole experiment. At present, even though safety issues have attracted considerable attention and some safety rules have been estab- lished, the people oriented idea has not been highlighted in these safety rules. In addition, other problems such as the practical operability and the effectiveness are also not optimistic. In this pa- per, the people oriented lab management system and management system for different lab users from National University of Singapore were introduced. It can provide references to revise and elaborate domestic lab management system and promote the lab management system reforming.
