宫颈病变手术术式与妊娠相关问题被引量：8

摘要论及女性疾病，宫颈病变仍是个热点话题。广义的宫颈病变包括宫颈炎症、宫颈息肉、宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）、宫颈癌等。本文提到的宫颈病变主要指宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌。在宫颈病变发病率增长及年轻化趋势的同时，宫颈手术的演变和进展日益突破我们的想象。然而随着“二孩”政策的开放及女性生育年龄的推后，育龄期甚至高龄妇女对宫颈病变的治疗提出了更高的要求——保留生育功能。目前，
