非对称支护技术在多层倾斜岩层巷道中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据郭村煤矿12061底板抽采巷为穿多层倾斜岩层巷的特点,分析了原对称支护技术应用后,巷道呈现非对称变形的规律和原因,采用FLAC3D模拟软件对典型穿层段巷道支护前后围岩的应力场、位移场及塑性区范围进行了对比分析,提出采用"初喷+锚网+钢筋梯+锚索+复喷+注浆"联合支护,以及在软弱岩层部位进行锚网索和注浆加强支护的非对称支护方式,并在现场进行了应用。结果表明:与原对称支护技术相比,非对称支护技术应用后,巷道变形在40 d左右趋于稳定,巷道顶底板和两帮位移均减小了70%以上,非对称变形得到了有效控制,为复杂困难巷道的支护技术提供了参考。 According to the features of the multi layer inclined rock strata roadway drilled through by No. 12061 floor gas drainage roadway in Guocun Mine,the paper analyzed the asymmetrical deformation law and causes of the mine roadway after the previous symmetrical support technology applied. The FLAC3 Dsimulation software was applied to the comparison and analysis on the surrounding stress filed,displacement field and plastic zone scope before and after the support of the typical drilling through layers roadway. A initial shotcreting +bolt/steel mesh + steel bar ladder + anchor + second shotcreting + grouting combined support was provided as well as the bolt/steel mesh/anchor and the grouting enhanced support combined asymmetrical support method applied to the soft and weak rock strata and the above support methods were applied to the mine site. The result showed that in comparison with the previous symmetrical support technology,after the application of the asymmetrical support technology,the deformation of the mine roadway was in stable within above 40 days,the convergence between the roof and floor of the mine roadway and the convergence between the two sidewalls of the mine road were all reduced over 70%,the asymmetrical deformation of the mine roadway was effectively controlled which could provide certain references to the support technology of the complicated difficult mine roadway.
