摘要
为了解决小直径高频铝焊冷凝器集流管生产时经常发生的堵渣回水问题,在对铝焊渣进行分类的基础上阐述了铝焊珠与铝焊渣的区别和联系,同时分析了与铝焊珠有关的三种典型堵渣回水机理。分析结果表明,生产时应以减少焊管内腔铝焊珠为出发点,以消除"蚕虫"状和网状薄片铝焊渣为重点,通过优化成型和焊接工艺、控制管坯剪切质量、提高冷却液纯净度与流速、减小内刮刀杆尺寸等预防措施,预防堵渣回水发生。生产实践证明,这些措施解决了小直径集流管生产时的堵渣回水问题,确保了小直径高频铝焊冷凝器集流管的焊缝品质,达到了预期效果。
In order to solve the problem of slag blockage and backwater of small diameter high frequency aluminum welding condenser collecting tube in production, based on classification of aluminum welding slag, the difference and relation of aluminum weld bead and aluminum welding slag were expounded, and 3 typical slag blockage and backwater mechanisms related to weld bead were analyzed. The analyzed results showed that, based on reducing aluminum weld bead as a starting point, focused on eliminating network aluminum welding slag, optimizing forming and welding process, controlling quality of shearing tube billet, improving purity and flow velocity of liquid coolant, reduce the size of inner scraper arbor and some other solutions were taken for preventing lag blockage and backwater. Production practice proved that the solutions could solve the problems of slag blockage and backwater of small diameter collecting tube, ensure the weld quality of small diameter high frequency aluminum welding condenser collecting tube, and achieve the expected effects.
