新型城镇化的推进对我国产业发展提出了更高要求,现有高职人才培养模式在诸多方面已经无法满足新城镇化背景下产业发展对高职人才的需求。新型城镇化背景下,高职院校发展应转变对增量人口依赖,人才培养模式应主动适应市场需求变化,同时要加强校企合作。

The promotion of new urbanization has put forward higher requirements for our country＇s industrial development. However, in many aspects the current training mode of higher vocational education has been unable to meet the needs of higher vocational talents under the background of new urbanization. Under the background of new urbanization the development of higher vocational colleges should stop relying on the population rise, and strengthen the college-enterprise cooperation. The talents training mode should cater to the market change actively.
