高职院校开展工匠文化建设研究

工匠精神有着丰富的内涵,也有着很高的表现形式。当今社会,优秀的工匠不再像以往那样产生于作坊,而是蓬勃兴起于高职院校,可以说,学校是培养优秀工匠的重要阵地。这也对高职院校提出了更高的要求,师生的观念必须与时俱进,以工匠精神为引领,整合教育资源,加强思想政治教育,提升专业教学质量,改革用人制度,培育高素质、高涵养、高标准的人才。

The craftsman spirit has rich connotation, and a very high form of expression. In today＇s society, the excellent craftsmen come from higher vocational colleges rather than the workshop. Colleges are an important position for the training of excellent craftsmen. This also puts forward higher requirements for higher vocational colleges. The concept of teachers and students must keep pace with the times, guided by the craftsman spirit. It should integrate education resources, strengthen ideological and political education, improve the quality of professional teaching, reform the personnel system, and cultivate qualified personnel.
