摘要
分别在固化炉及热压罐中热成型PMI泡沫,研究了PMI泡沫热成型后的贴膜状态、回弹、厚度变化。根据实验结果及分析,提出了PMI泡沫热成型在用于零件制造时可采取的若干措施。
PMI foam has been thermal formed in curing oven and autoclave. The fitting mould condition, springback and thickness change of the PMI foam has been studied after thermal forming. According to the experimental results and analysis, several measures can be put forward to implement thermal forming of PMI foam when manufacturing parts.
