植物纤维无纺布表面选择性化学镀镍研究 被引量:2

摘要 以植物纤维无纺布为基材,采用水彩笔蘸Pd Cl2活化液书写图案结合化学镀镍工艺制备选择性金属化无纺布,借助热重、X射线衍射、扫面电镜、X射线光电子能谱等分析测试手段,研究植物纤维无纺布表面选择性化学镀镍机理及金属化的无纺布结构和电学特性。结果表明,植物纤维无纺布表面含有大量氨基,只有书写有活化液区域能吸附Pd2+和化学镀镍,化学镀后镍的沉积量为无纺布质量的46%,镀层结构致密,晶型为面心立方,镀层电阻率为2Ω·cm。结果表明,用水彩笔蘸Pd Cl2活化液书写图案结合化学镀镍工艺可以制备电学性能优异的选择性金属化无纺布。 In this work, the region-selective metalization on plant fiber non-woven paper have been established based on writing by marker in combination with electroless nickel plating. The mechanism of the region-selective electroless plating, and the structural and electrical properties of plated sheets were investigated using thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results showed that the surface of planl fiber in the non-woven paper contained amine groups. The Pd2+ absorbed and nickel coating plated on the written region after actival:ing and electroless plating, respectively. The weigh change of non-woven paper after electroless nickel plating was 46%, the crystallographic structures of Ni-plated sheets were face centered cubic, the surface electrical resistivity was 2 Ω·cm. It was indicated that the activated non-woven paper were more prone to the plate of compact nickel coating. It was indicated that region-selective metalization on plant fiber non-woven paper could established based on writing by marker in combination with electroless nickel plating, the plated coating showed high conductivity.
