A Work Practice of Site Survey of Methanol Plant in Cleaner Product Audit

在参考清洁生产审核分析模型的基础上,通过对某企业甲醇装置清洁生产审核中现场踏勘的工作实践,从技术工艺、设备、过程控制、产品、管理、员工、原辅料/能源、废弃物八个方面着手,对该企业的甲醇装置生产过程进行了现场踏勘,并挖掘了清洁生产潜力,提出了改进建议。

In this paper, through the practice of an enterprise site survey of methanol plant in cleaner product audit, on the basis of the analysis model on cleaner product audit, it is necessary to promote work from the technology, equipment, process control, management, employees, products, raw materials, and energy, waste and so on. In this work, through the site survey of the production process of a methanol plant, some potential of cleaner product has been taps and some suggestions for improvement has been puts forward.
