双硫-烯的光引发反应

摘要 自点击化学概念出现以来,在高分子、化学合成、生物等领域得到了广泛的发展及应用.硫醇-烯点击化学因其具有反应高效、只需光照、反应无需金属催化剂的特点受到广泛关注.主要介绍利用光引发自由基点击化学的方法,在硫醇-烯点击化学的基础上,为避免硫醇易被氧化,利用硫醇的氧化态二硫化物作为反应物,研究氧气、不同光引发剂、不同活性反应物、极性溶剂等对反应的影响. Click chemistry has been widely developed and applied to various fields such as polymers, chemical synthesis, and biology. In recent years, thiol-ene reaction as a type of click chemistry has attracted much attention because it is highly efficient and can be photoinitiated without using toxic metal catalysts. In this paper, the method of photo-initiated disulfide-ene chemistry is introduced. To avoid short-comings of thiol-ene chemistry such as ease of oxidation of thiols and various side reactions, photo-ininitated reactions between disulfides and enes as potential and alternative reactions were studied. Experimental data showed that the reaction rate and yield were affected by various reaction conditions such as oxygen, photo-initiators, different reactants and solvents.
