摘要
为研究单只真空压力浸渍(VPI)定子线棒的绝缘结构,试制了模拟VPI定子线棒,并对其工频耐压、电晕、介质损耗、局部放电、电老化和击穿电压等性能进行测试分析。结果表明:VPI定子线棒的各项性能指标优良,可应用于额定电压20 kV发电机组的成品定子线棒的设计和制造。
In order to study the insulating structure of single vacuum pressure impregnating (VPI) stator bar, a simulated VPI stator bar was fabricated and its properties such as power frequency withstand volt- age, corona, dielectric loss, partial discharge, electric ageing and breakdown voltage were investigated. The results show that the performances of VPI stator bar are excellent so that the VPI stator bar can be applied to the design and manufacture of finished stator bars for generator unit with rated voltage of 20 kV.
