摘要
随着地铁建设的加速,许多城市开始重视地铁物业开发。在对地铁站点空间物业开发的意义及模式进行阐述的基础上,分析武汉地铁3号线龙阳村站的物业开发情况,提出组合型物业开发模式能取得更好的经济价值,以及物业开发经济价值主要受客流、管理及业态影响。
With the acceleration of metro construction, many cities start to pay attention to the development of metro property. This paper elaborates the significance and mode of the development of metro station property, and analyzes the property development of Longyangcun station of Wuhan metro line 3. It points out that the combined mode of property development achieves better economic value while the economic value of property development is mainly influenced by passenger flow, management and business circle environments.
