摘要
目的研究黄秦艽Veratrilla baillonii根的化学成分。方法经正、反相硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱制备分离,并通过波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从黄秦艽根的95%乙醇水提取物的醋酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了24个化合物,其中10个酮苷:1-羟基-2,3,4-三甲氧基酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、台湾肺形草酮苷(2)、1-羟基-2,7-二甲氧基酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、1-羟基-3,4-二甲氧基酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、蛇胆草酮苷B(5)、四数獐牙菜酮苷A(6)、滇黄芩苷B(7)、2,3,4,5-四甲氧基酮-1-O-龙胆二糖苷(8)、2,3,4,7-四甲氧基酮-1-O-β-D-木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、2,3,5-三甲氧基酮-1-O-β-D-木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10);8个酮:1,3-二羟基-4,7-二甲氧基酮(11)、1,7-二羟基-2,3,4-三甲氧基酮(12)、1,7-二羟基-3,4-二甲氧基酮(13)、1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(14)、1-羟基-2,3,4,5-四甲氧基酮(15)、1-羟基-2,3,4,7-四甲氧基酮(16)、1-羟基-2,3,5-三甲氧基酮(17)、1-羟基-2,3,7-三甲氧基酮(18);6个环烯醚萜苷:獐芽菜苷(19)、龙胆苦苷(20)、獐芽菜苦苷(21)、去乙酰德苦草苦苷(22)、amaronitidin(23)、当药苦酯苷(24)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为2-甲氧基金不换苷;化合物2、3、5、6、8、10~12、14、22~24首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Veratrilla baillonii.Methods Compounds were purified by normal and reversed column chromatographic techniques,and isolated by high performance liquid chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data including MS and NMR.Results Twenty-four compounds(including 10 xanthone glycosides,8 xanthones,and 6 iridoids)were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of the roots of V.baillonii.They were identified as1-hydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxyxanthone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),tripteroside(2),1-hydroxy-2,7-dimethoxyxanthone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),1-hydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyxanthone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),secamonoide B(5),tetrasweroside A(6),veratriloside B(7),2,3,4,5-tetramethoxyxanthone-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoxyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),2,3,4,7-tetramethoxyxanthone-1-O-β-D-xylopyranoxyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),2,3,5-trimethoxy-xanthone-1-O-β-D-xylopyranoxyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),1,3-dihydroxy-4,7-dimethoxyxanthone(11),1,7-dihydroxy-2,3,4-trimethoxyxanthone(12),1,7-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethoxyxanthone(13),1,7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(14),1-hydroxy-2,3,4,5-tetramethoxyxanthone(15),1-hydroxy-2,3,4,7-tetramethoxyxanthone(16),1-hydroxy-2,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone(17),1-hydroxy-2,3,7-trimethoxyxanthone(18),sweroside(19),gentiopicrin(20),swertiamarin(21),deacetylcentapicrin(22),amaronitidin(23),and amarogentin(24).Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named 2-methoveratriloside,and compounds 2,3,5,6,8,10—12,14,and 22—24 are isolated from the Veratrilla genus for the first time.
