摘要
极群装配压力直接影响着AGM隔膜性能。装配压力过大,AGM隔膜中孔隙减少,吸酸能力降低,氧扩散速率减缓;装配压力过小,AGM隔膜与极板接触不良,正极活性物质容易脱落,发生容量过早损失。本文通过研究装配压力对AGM隔膜吸酸、回弹性能、孔率和最大孔径、电阻等性能影响,确立最佳装配压力范围。
The properties of AGM separator are affected by assembly pressure directly. In the case of too high as- sembly pressure, the porosity of the AGM separator and its acid-absorbing capacity are decreased, and the oxygen diffusion rate is lowered, while in the case of too low assembly pressure, the AGM separator can not contact well with the battery plates the optimum assembly and the positive active mass tends to fall off to cause the loss of capacity early. In this paper, pressure range is established by studying the influence of assembly pressure on the properties of AGM separator such as acid-absorbence, resilency, porosity, maximum pore diameter and electrical resistance.
