摘要
通过对现有玻纤池窑废气处理工艺进行研究总结并适当优化,开发适应国内玻纤池窑烟气治理的涡轮增压脱硫技术,通过实际工程应用验证,涡轮增压脱硫除尘一体塔除有较好的脱硫能力外,特别适用于玻纤熔窑烟气高含尘、含氟化物烟气特性的协同治理,塔内部结构简单,避免了常规旋流板塔系统不稳定、易堵塞等问题。
Based on the study and appropriate optimization of the existing fiberglass furnace flue gas treatment tech-nology, a turbocharged desulfurization technology suitable to the treatment of domestic fiberglass furnace flue gashas been developed. The actual application has verified that beside the better desulfurizing ability, the turbo-charged desulfuriztion and dedusting integrated tower is especially suitable to the synergistic treatment of fiberglassfurnace flue gas containing fluoride and high-load dust. With simple internal structure, this tower avoids the prob-lems of conventional cyclone plate tower, such as unstability and ease to block up.
